We really need to address the recent service outages that have and intermittently continue to plague uTrick iTrack. In November of 2018 we were forced to move our site to a new hosting service as we failed to reach our funding goals. We had to back step our service to a Free hosting service ... Unfortunately you get what you pay for in this case.

Since the move our new hosting service has been hit with Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, and for reasons that have yet to be explained by their customer support team, there is a continued intermittent issue were our database or file server will be unreachable. Trust us, this is just as frustrating to us and our developers as it is to you our members and visitors.

uTrick iTrack will continue to provided our service, even if it takes a few tries to reach us. We are also exploring our options to move to other more stable and affordable hosting services. In the mean time we humbly ask that you continue to be patient with us as we struggle through this difficult time and get to a better hosting service.
